"2012 Wedding of the Year . . . Mr & Mrs Hayes"

Out in Australia and I'm not only training through those ball bashing sessions, but also had a very important celebration to go to, Michelle and Stuarts Wedding - Friday 27th January 2012. So, this is what my blog will be about for this week.



The day before the wedding was a normal Thursday day of training which started with a very sweaty ball busting treadmill session. It's Australia Day too, so Patrick at the Hyatt was kind enough to let us use the running machines there, as the super centre was closed.
After training was done for the day, Hollie, Clare, Liz and me went out and took in some of the Australian atmosphere up at the Hard Rock Café for dinner in Surfers Paradise, and even though it was an alcohol free night, it was a lovely catch-up, girlie dinner chatting away.



27th January 2012, and the weather did not put a damper on such a beautiful day. Michelle looked gorgeous, and Stu didn't look too bad either ;-) Will gave an awesome best man speech, which went hand in hand with the other hilarious speeches from, Terry - Michelle’s dad, Natasha - Michelle’s sister, Daniel - Stu’s brother and what I think was the funniest speech of the night from the groom himself - Stuart. I have never laughed so much in the space of an hour, my cheeks were hurting so much at the end. It was an honour and privilege to be there and be part of the celebrations on the happy couples big day, and a huge congratulations to you both. I wish you all the happiness in the world for many many years to come. Michelle and Stuart have become very close to my heart, and so have their families, and seeing everyone so happy was truly amazing!
